I am a regular customer.. I am Asian and I know what good Asian food is and Chez Trinh is one of my favorites. Try their Rice Noodles on

Fresh Salad and you will know what I mean!

Chez Trinh-Vietnamese Food? Really? Korean owned; HORRIBLE!‎. Not so sure the CHEF is V-Mese...PHO BO and PHO GA tasted broth tasted like warm salt water. "WHERE's THE NUC MAM?" And the hoisin sauce was in a mustard bottle...must have been very old and sitting a long time because when I squeezed it out, came out like muddy water. Chao Gio (crispy egg rolls) was mushy ...and very greasy. I am Vietnamese and know that this place was a real disappointment. Like some other reviews, I had to ask if the owner or cook was V-mese. Answer was NO. DO NOT SPEND $$ HERE!

Bad food.. It is vietnamese food but ... not vietnamese cook. If I'm not wrong, the owner is a Chinese, and the cook is a guy in east Europe. I forgot the country but the waiter told me it is not Vietnamese cook. The food is expensive and ... bad. If you are a vietnamese, you would figure it out right away. That is why I asked the waiter if the cook was a vietnamese.
