Absolutely the worst experience!.. My last experience was the worst ever. After my color was messed up. My stylist was too busy with her next client. I was then turned over to an apprentice. Lack of customer service, customer respect and total lack of talent
These are old reviews. I read these reviews and was excited to find a good spa. Well these are obvisely old because for one I called because I got lost and the girl that answered the phone didnt even know where they were at. I get there had to wait a half hour and the hairdressers I was seeing had two older women he was taking care of. He slide me in and was talking on the phone, taking care of the other women. Poor planning took about an hour and it wasnt because he was taking care of me. Then charged me 55 and I could of got a better haircut from The Haircuttery which I will continue to go to. DONT waste your money.
Good enough to travel back from Richmond. I am from Ricmond and my mother is a hair stylist. I had only gotten my hair cut by one other person, and they were in Italy. For that reason the name of this salon peaqued my interest. I was aprehensive because of how picky I am, but Isabel made me feel instantly at ease. She was objective but was not afraid to offer alternate suggestions based on my hair type, which I apprecaite. She quickly and expertly chopped off all of my long hair to a fesh, fun pixie cut, and I love it. I will be going back.
Best in Williamsburg. EBC shouldn't be confused w/ European Beauty Salon. This salon is the best in Williamsburg. A little pricey, but worth the trip. Devon is a manager there and she always is on the ball if a crisis arise. Some of the stylists have gone to other places, however you will always see Anthony. He has a loyal following. Barbara is the best of the best as far as nails. I always get a great pedicure and manicure w/ her and it seems to last forever! I've tried many stylits throughout the years at EBC, and would have no problem going to any one of them. They've truly tried to make this a spa atmosphere and I for one am happy to go to a place where they appreciate your business.
