Good reasonable service. I called these guys out of the phone book as I am new to the area. They showed up on time and checked out my unit. I wound up needing a new fan motor. I called around and checked the price they quoted me and it was in line with most and less than many so I had them do the repair. They seem like a solid bunch of people and I will call them again if I have any ac problems.

Rip off kings. This place WILL rip you off. They say the service call fee goes towards repairs, It doesn't. They add it to the bill. Then they tell you they don't have time to finish the job and sucker YOU into finishing it for them. Buyer BEWARE. DO NOT USE RA STYRON.

Wonderful Company!. A couple months ago my husband and I returned home to find that our a/c was broken. It was a sunday night so we didnt know if anything could be done but we gave them a call just to see. Sure enough they sent out two technicians on a SUNDAY NIGHT to come fix our unit. They were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely going to be calling them again if we ever need any help.

Worst service experience ever!. RA Styron is a complete joke. We've been in a brand new house with a brand new Trane unit for 2 years. Our only guess is that the unit is only as good as the techs who install it. Trane is a reputable name but the techs at RA Styron don't seem to have a clue.

They have been out multiple times each winter for heating problems and each summer with cooling problems. Between April, 2011 to current, they've been out 4 times and have not fixed the problem.

When I called, I was told they'd be out. No one came, no one called. I called back and spoke to Kyle who was unempathetic, unprofessional and delievering empty promises.

We've seen a few different technicians, none of them seem to know what they're doing.

If this wasn't a warranty issue, we would NEVER be calling them.

Waste of time and energy. Still don't have working A/C and we're wasting money trying to run a unit that doesn't work.

DO NOT CALL THEM FOR HELP!

Highway ROBBERY. I had this company come out for a clogged toilet. They were here for less than 10 minutes......and the clog was fixed. No mess....nothing to take apart...very simple. They used a manual pole of some sort to unclog the toilet. I was charged 216.00. I was SHOCKED!!!! When I called to verify the charge ...the owner answered and quite frankly he was nasty when I questioned him. 89.00 flat rate service charge is just to come to the house. I guess the 127.00 was for the 9 minutes it took them to unclog the toilet. I called around to compare what I was charged to what they charged me .....and pretty much confirmed that yes,...... I was robbed. My fault for not calling around. That will never happen again! I had such a hectic day that when the toilet broke I called the first one in the phone book....I didn't have time to compare. Maybe they picked up on that when they got here and decided to get me for whatever they could. THUMBS DOWN!!!!
