Much Better Than Expected!!!!. My 1st experience at All the Rage Chesapeake was WONDERFUL!!!!! I was bracing myself for the worst when I had read so many reviews but those fears went out the door as soon as I was greeted by warm, friendly, caring consultants at All The Rage. I felt like it was a VIP!

My bridesmaid dress fits and is so beautiful! When my dress came in, the consultant called me right away to let me know the dress was in. All The Rage has so many beautiful formal dresses. And for formal wear and bridal dresses, the price is on point with other local bridal companies!

Before my experience, I did not know where All The Rage Chesapeake was located but I soon discovered it is close to Greenbriar mall and all the fabulous shops at Crossways Shopping Center. I love that area!

I will definitely recommend All The Rage Chesapeake to anyone who wants to look fabulous and feel luxurious, whether they're getting married or going to the prom. By the way, this is my very first time being in a wedding! Our bridesmaid dresses are stunning!

Worst Service EVER!. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never do this. Ever. But we spent nearly 5,000 dollars with them on tuxedos, dresses, and my bridal gown and we've had NOTHING but issue after issue. First the woman who helped us quit, and they lost all our files, so the bridesmaids dresses didn't get ordered and came in only a week before the wedding. We had the same problem with the tuxs, and my groom's tux was the wrong size. So, two days before our wedding, they inform us that his tux "will be in sometime before the wedding". Really? REALLY?? I drop 5 GRAND with you, and that's your solution? So I called to speak to the manager (don't know his name) and he literally YELLED at me on the phone, told me *I* am making this more difficult and this is all somehow MY fault. Are you friggin' kidding me??? I've never been talked to so rudely in my LIFE. So, the day that is supposed to be the most special, has now ended in tears because this jackass doesn't know how to run a business. What the hell happened to customer service? You messed up and didn't do your job right, but that is somehow MY fault? Like the review below mine. My advice: RUN. With the economy like it is, you CANNOT treat people this way! Absolutely despicable!

Great affordable finds. The customer service at this store is great. If you ask for their help, they will look at what you like in dresses and help you pick something you'll fall in love with and look great in. In addition, they have a price match, so any price that you could find online, etc., they will honor. This has been a lifesaver for me in being able to afford the dress of my dreams!

I would highly recommend this store!
