Worst service ever!. We had ordered an arrangement using pro-flower, however Greenbrier Florist got the order wrong and sent the wrong order, they left the order on the front door without knocking even though we were home. After calling the florist and telling them that the order was incorrect they said a new delivery would be made 2 days latter which was fine because it was a birthday present and that was the actual birth date. Well the day came and instead of leaving the order like they did last time they left a note of which I called back to the florist to arrange for the driver to come back out, keep in mind this is still over 2 hours before they close. Well they cant do that so they were going to deliver the flowers now a day late and they have to pick up the order that was incorrect in the first place. Never have I had such issues with a florist and never have I had such poor service. Do yourself a favor and skip this florist, or if you order using pro flowers or like company ensure they are not using this florist for your order.

Save your money and shop somewhere else. minus 5 stars; when my flowers arrived they were not flowers but filler weeds. I called and was advice I should have spent more than 50 dollars if I wanted nice flowers. The weeds smelled like rotten eggs. Save your money and go somewhere else. Lousy customer service. Beautiful flowers. I just wanted to say that Greenbrier Florist did the flowers for my daughters wedding ceremony and reception and they were arranged beautifully, I highly recommend them. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and it was!!!

Everyone went on and on about how beautiful the flowers were.

So if you are looking for the WOW factor for your wedding reception....Have greenbrier florist do the flower arrangements.
