mistreatment of customers by owner and manager. The owner and manager ostracize customers in a way to entertain themselves. They overserve alcohol to alcoholics constantly, to make a profit. The cook will make extra strong drinks for people while the owner and bartender are outside smoking, causing customers to get even more drunk than expected. This business is run unprofessionally by an owner who drinks wine all day and a manager who runs the business poorly.
