Worst hotel ever!.
Where should I start? The room wasn't cleaned once during the 4 nights I stayed at this hotel. I asked for some clean towels, the hotel manager told me to leave my towels outside the room and she would put clean ones in my room. I came back to the room at about 2:00 a.m. after a long day and felt like a shower. There were no towels. Ok. No problem. I went to the front desk to ask for some towels. There were none clean. She said I would have to come back in the morning for some towels. Next, I was going to a dinner cruise and wanted to Iron my clothes. There was no ironing board in my room. I went to the front desk to see if they had one I could use, but they did not. In my opinion it is strange to have a room with an iron and no ironing board. Furthermore, the breakfast consisted of a choice of either toast, or Fruit loops. Not bad for being included, I guess I am just use to a larger selection of breakfast foods at a hotel. There are many more problems with this place. To keep this shorter, I will just say this: DO NOT STAY HERE! Your trip will be a lot more pleasant!
