We are sorry we did not meet your expectation regarding your state inspection repairs. We will reach out to you to solve your issues. As described to your representative a wheel cylinder began sticking so we dissembled and cleaned at no charge. After doing that the wheel cylinder lt performed as it should, and we recommended to replace them. Wish you had contacted us.

Who woula thunk it? An HONEST repair shop!!!!. I am a single mom, so money is tight. I am always leary about going to the mechanic because I have heard horror stories! Well, this is more like a LOVE story. They repaired my car quickly, were very friendly, and with the quoted amount - no hidden charges! This is going to be MY shop from now on!

Great service/fair price.
Being a ASE certified auto mechanic myself, I know how some repair shops can be, But I'll tell you this, the guys at this shop are top notch.. They came & towed my car from the Hotel parking lot within 20 minutes of me calling them..
And called me several times during the day to give me progress reports on how the repairs & diagnosis were going.. and had me back on the road to Richmond with a smile on my face and money left in my pocket..
The service was exelent, staff very knowledgable & friendly and everything was done at a very, very fair price.. If your in the VA.Beach area & have car troubles, go directly to the 17th Street B.P. .. Thank you ! ! ! ! !
