Horrible customer service!. This store initially got my attention because I liked the clothes on their mannequins, but the moment I stepped inside I it got my attention for something else...

THEIR SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS... in fact, the only reason I registered for this account is so that I can rant about how the sales associate was practically breathing down my neck as I was browsing the racks!

I love high end fashion, but I love great customer service even better! This store needs to implement customer service training so their associates know how to properly greet customers, how to interact with customers to encourage a sale (and not just say "what are you shopping for?" in a dry tone), and where to stand so they can monitor the customer, but at the same time not be so close it feels like the customer should be offering them a piggy back ride.

Sure they can have the attitude "if you don't like it, don't shop here," then I say good luck keeping a job because customers are the reason you are in business.

Very Rude Employees. I have shopped here twice. The first time, there was a girl working there who was talking about her breast implants to a friend, saying that her dad bought them for her and there was nothing wrong with her showing them off. She was blabbing on the phone for at least 20 minutes! The second time, a friend and i wanted to buy jeans, she was not helpful and she threw the jeans in the fitting room for us to try on!!! She was very rude both times! Many people in Virginia Beach have had the same experiences.

best contemporary womens clothing in Hampton Roads. I love Bahama Shop. I get the wonderful service and always find something that looks great. The staff can find you what you are looking for and you go out of there beautiful and put together, effortlessly. Don't miss it!
