Amazing original dishes. This is my favorite place to eat in Hampton Roads. The best steak I've ever had, I ate it here. The crab dip is my favorite appetizer ever. The menu is very creative with several great Asian inspired dishes. The specials never cease to amaze as well. Oh and the prices are very reasonable. I'd say avg. plate is no more then $25. And the portions are very adequate, I always have leftovers. The wine list is expansive and the full bar has several local brews on top of your regular choices. I highly recommend Tautogs for any meal, It has a romantic atmosphere as well as a casual relaxing dinner with friends vibe. If your looking for a great meal and not trying to break the bank then Tautogs is a must.
