Worst floral experience ever. DO NOT GO HERE!. If it were possible to rate this as anything lower than one star, I would have.

I placed an order online to be delivered for a special occasion in the Newport News area. After the delivery never happened, I called the establishment only to be informed that they did not deliver tot that area and the order had been sent elsewhere. After speaking with the florist the allegedly sent the order to, I was put off again saying that they had nothing to do with it. It was now 2 weeks later and nothing had been done.

I called again to see what the mis-communication and first the woman, who failed to identify herself, hung up the phone on me. I then called her back and was greeted with possibly the worst attitude ever. She then proceeded to "mhmmmm" me and rather than dealing with the issue in an appropriate manner and offering to compensate me for the time and money I had spent, she said that "she didn't know what to do." I then informed her that it would be ideal if she could either send out a nicer floral arrangement or simply refund my money. She very rudely told me that she "guessed she would just have to refund my money". I asked her when my money would be refunded to me and she said she didn't know and then promptly hung up the phone on me.

Never in my life have I dealt with such incompetence or rudeness. Mistakes are inevitable but the manner in which one deals with problems can certainly make all the difference in the world. This entire ordeal has been nothing but a headache. Save yourself time, money, and a huge hassle and avoid this company at all costs.

Worst place I've ever dealt with in a long time! Stay away!!. I ordered this nice HERSHEY'S HUGS bouquet for Valentine's Day and they totally mess up the delivery and bouquet! Tried to deliver some POS daisy's in a clear glass vase. When I called they said they're closed for the day and to call back tomorrow. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! "Call back tomorrow" I got a so called woman supervisor (Sam T) on the line who said they would get me the correct bouquet today (she was blowing me off).

Two hours later they call and said they were going to refund my money because they do not have the bouquet I orders. Now mind you I placed this order 1/26, I should have been at the top of this list, but the system obviously doesn't work like that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!
