Wonderful Salon and Owner. I have been going to this salon since 1993. The owner has been cutting/coloring my hair since that time as well. I absolutely love this salon. Everyone there is so friendly, they are the BEST at what they do and take their profession very seriously. I recommend this salon to anyone I meet and will continue to do so. Thanks Chez Madeline for all that you do and for taking such great care of me and my hair!!!

run down dirty over priced salon!!. Soooo much attitude for such a ran down dirty over priced salon!!

I went 3 times in hope that I found a great stylist. The first time she colored my hair too dark and not the cut I was looking for but I gave her another chance because it was the first time. The second time my light brown hair was colored a red-brown. The 3rd time was a disaster- mostly red- brown hair (was looking for a neutral light brown) and the worst haircut possible. I left very upset because the next day I was starting a new job. I looked awful. I called when I got home because I wanted a refund. I was so mad. If you go to a restaurant and the food is bad you don't have to pay for it. Why do we put up with stylist that do not listen to us. The receptionist told me she would mail me a check but that did not happen. I called a month later and she told me the owner said not to mail me a check. Stay away from this dirty uptight salon.

OUT Rageous LIE. Please read my comment about the disgruntled employee that wrote these lies. We have been in business for 45 years and my only complaints were about this previous employee who demeaned my staff and clients. He constantly overcharged clients and over processed their hair. He is vulgar and I regret the day he ever walked into the salon and was hired as a shampoo assistant. He was given a once and a lifetime chance and blew it with such vulgarity and dishonesty. By the way, be very carful of this unlicensed beautician.
