This place is great. I am the hoodlems running the streets at night. I am the child crying through the paper thin walls. I am the duck that chills on your back porch. You guys are the most n-l retentive individuals I have ever met in my life! It is a little pricey for those factors, yes, but it isn't enough to sit on here and act crazy. I like my place and if people are too loud, I voice my problems to whomever I have issues with. I find it disturbing that you have to anonymously get on here to vent your frustrations and make this place out to be a ghett0. I am fairly sure this is the farthest thing from it that I've ever had.

Not Impressed

We just moved in here about 4 months ago and are not impressed with the place. There are nights that my husband and I are lying in bed listening to conversations the neighbors are having. At times it will keep us up for hours. Living in a lower apartment we hear the neighbors upstairs walking around. It sounds like one of these times they are going to come falling through the ceiling. Be warned that the lower apartments get little visitors who leave nasty presents for you to clean up in the morning. The muscovy ducks are such a problem that you must put some sort of fencing up to prevent them from sleeping on your patio at night. Maitnence is done very quickly, but I have had them come back and fix the same problem over and over because the first time it was done they only temporarily fixed the problem. All of our faucets constantly leak. This is a problem because we do have to pay for water and so it all comes out of our pocket. Hmmm maybe that is why they don't care to fix leaky faucets the way they should. I can tell you that when our lease is up we will be out of here immediately. I would not recommend moving here.

not bad

I loved my apt except the fact that when I opened my door crickets usually leaped in. The fireplace is in an unusual place. It is very spacious a little pricy. Although when I was moving out, the apt above me washing machine was draining and the hallway roof did fall, but luckily for me my furniture was moved the day before. overall the apts were very nice.
