Taco Bell service. I am very disapointed with my service. I ordered 25.00 worth of food and they forgot one of my items no napkins and no receipt. HORRIBLE customer service. I guess you get what you pay for.

Why do you call this Mexican food. It is cheap, and may hit the spot. But it is more like TEX MEX, or California style quick food. Service lately at four different TB locations have really stunk. All attitude, and don't get me started on the food. I do like the apple empanada's though. Not the healthiest, but they taste the same everytime I order them.

Where did customer service go?. Maybe I am being to general but Taco Bell as well as many companies have lifted the all mighty dollar above providing good or even acceptable customer service. Longer waits. Employees who don't make but min. wage don't care what you think. Quality that is sub-standard.

Your kidding!. ALL Taco Bell's are the same....east to west coast....Even the applicability of the questions below make this choice absurd....The only thing that sets ANY Taco Bell from it's competitors is cheap food....
