Good and Not so Good

I have been using them for 4 years. While Dr. Jones is a good vet, there is a lady vet that subbed for him once that I will decline in the future.
The biggest difficulty though, is their hours. I never can keep up with when they are open because they open and close at different times each day - not consistent M-F or anything, and additionally they close down in the middle of every day for more than an hour.
- Pros: Dr. Jones is good
- Cons: Lady vet not good at all, open hours not consistent

The Best Vet in Tidewater

The best veterinary clinic I have ever dealt with. Dr. Jones is a saint. We picked up a very sick stray cat over 10 years ago. Dr. Jones went far above and beyond to save him, and he's still with us. Everyone in the practice is knowledgeable, friendly and very gentle with the animals and humans alike. I can't recommend them highly enough.
- Pros: Everything about them is wonderful.
- Cons: Nothing. Not a single complaint in 10+ years.

Astounded

I love these guys. Every time I take my dog there they are friendly and very knowleddgeable. Almost every time I describe what is wrong with my dog the vet almost immediately knows what is wrong with him. Better yet he sits with you show you literature to assure you your pet has been properly diagnosed and is being properly treated.
I would definitely put this vet on your list of ones to check out if you are looking for one. I doubt you'll be disappointed that you did.
