It's great overall...worthy prices (cover charge)...GREAT drinks/food (esp. hot wings)...professional staff...fast servers...great atmosphere (fun)...very nice facility and layout...best "dance-all- night" music & DJ. Exceptional entertainment for the sofisticated...mature..."upscale" club-goers!

Ladies (single): There is a moderate selection of very attractive, appealing, intellectual, suitable, well-dressed, interested, single, professional, "upscale" gentlemen to mingle, dance, or simply have a fun (no hassle/no hussle) time with!

Thursday Grown and Sexy Club in Norfolk, Va Beach area. The club is as adverstise, a must visit for Tidewater area visitors for over 30 crowd for dancing and dining. Music is top 40 and old school and waitreses are straight out of Vegas. Food is a little pricey, but delicious, I guess you get what you pay for. Get there early, around 9:00, eat, get your drink on, by 11:00 there will be no room on the dance floor.

PS. Enjoy, these people need a website!

FUN TIMES AT UPSCALE. I always attend Upscale during my travels to Virginia Beach. Each and every time I had a BLAST! Dance out of my shoes. My boyfriend can't get enough of this place. I took my sister and she had a fabulous time! My sister and I dance the night away. Not to mention the fried chicken wings are the BEST!! Cooked to perfection. I will be back again, again, and again. New Years Eve is the place to be for the grown and sexy. See you there! :)

love it!!!. I live in Richmond and there are no nice 30+ clubs. I make the 127 mile trip to Norfolk on a regular basis to go to Upscales. It's worth the trip! I'm female and can appreciate the fact that there are enough men to go around,dancing that is! Nice mix of old and new music.

Definitely An Adult Playground. I travel often from Ahoskie, North Carolina for an evening of dancing. I enjoy the music most of all. The DJ plays nice music for my age group. I don't have to worry with having to party with my children age group. Everyone seems to be very friendly and willing to assist with seating no matter what the hour is. I was enjoying myself so much, that I found myself visiting almost every Saturday night, and I am not a person to open and close lounges every night. It was so enjoyable. Excellent dance place and lounge for a professional to let their hair down and share a relaxing moment with others in a pleasant and professional manner. I just can't express enough, the type of place it is. You have to visit soon to understand what I am trying to relay to you. You won't regret your visit.

Went and had a blast!. I went for the first time last night 2/20/09 it was a small crowd but it was a real nice "GROWN UP " SPOT.

NICE SIZE DANCE FLOOR and appropriate music for 30+ . I also found out that the club really JUMPS ON THURSDAY . I WILL CHECK IT OUT NEXT THURSDAY ......

Upscales New Years Eve 06 & 07!. Upscales is a trendy and nice spot to enjoy a classy night on the town.

My friends and I have attended many New Years Eve parties there over the last 3 years.

2005 - 06

Very nice, inexpensive, clean, spacious, secure and buffet incl.

Everyone dressed appropriately, friendly, polite and pleasant.

Lots of couples and a few stars available to dance with.

2006 - 07

Very nice, inexpensive, clean, spacious, secure and buffet incl.

Everyone dress appropriately, folks were polite and pleasant.

Lots of couples and a very few stars available to dance with.

Groups of ladies sitting at tables waiting for the New Year,

Not dancing, turning guys down and leaving right after midnight.

2007 - 08

They offered reserved tables at a good price

Everyone dressed appropriately, ladies were a bit standoffish.

Lots of couples and a very few stars, if any, available to dance with.

Would visit again, hopefully the ladies will be more interested in dancing and not just saying,

"I went out for New Years!"

The Grown-up Spot. UPSCALE Restaurant & Lounge is off the Hook! The atmosphere is great and the Music is like you choose it yourself. And the FOOD, damn, just like mommy makes it! Got to join in here or your missing the nicest spot in the area for fun and dancing and eating.
