Not Miss Congeniality, but the Best Vet In the 757
by LabX at Citysearch
It's interesting to read the reviews criticizing Dr. Connie's professional demeanor when it's her medical skills that are important. Unfortunately I met her late in my dogs' lives, but she was fantastic with both of them. She's not overly friendly, but she was concerned enough about my dogs to routinely call me after hours and give me very personal attention. I received the warmest note from her when my pet passed away. She's everything I'd want in a vet and more. She's a little more expensive than many, but that's ok. I'm willing to pay for the personal attention. There are lots of affable chaps out there who will slap you on the back and pat your dog on the head...I've had one of those, too. I'll take Dr. Connie anyday.
Horrible vet

Unfortunately, I can't give a no star review. Dr. Pozniak has absolutely no compassion for the animals she treats. She comes across as cold and uncaring. I want my vet to at least seem concerned about my pets health and I didn't get that from her.
Holistic AND Conventional Veterinary Medicine!!!!
by 1fast38 at Citysearch
We've had pets for a long time but once we found Dr. Pozniak we never left. That was over 20 years ago. She has done everything for our dogs and cats including vaccines, surgeries and dental cleanings. She has helped our dog with her allergies and joint problems with acupuncture and herbal medicine. She's never pushy and always lets us make informed decisions after telling us what care she has to offer. Her vaccine prices are still the same as they year over 10 years ago. Her staff has been with her forever and they are lovely and always remember our names. She even sent us Holiday Cards and a beautiful Sympathy note after our cat had to be put to sleep. They are like family.
- Pros: Dr. Pozniak offers Holistic and Regular Veterinary Care
- Cons: None
Best Veterinary Service
by CocoaM at Citysearch
I've been taking my dogs to Blvd. Vet for more than 15 years. Dr. Pozniak (a.k.a. Dr. Connie) has been fantastic. She recommends and provides alternative care for injuries and illnesses to prevent having to do invasive surgery. She and her staff recognize me when I walk in the door, talk to each of my dogs (because they know them all by name) and help to make sure they have to best care possible. I wouldn't trade this team for anything!
- Pros: Great staff, great service, excellent care, new facility
Do Not Take Your Animal Here
by Sarah82 at Citysearch
This clinic looks nice on the outside, but once you past the pretty facade you'll encounter a rude Vet! Dr. Pozniak treats you the owner like your are a complete idiot and know nothing about your animal and writes rude snarky comments about your pet in her charts. I left my pet there overnight for treatment and they sent it home to me the next day covered in the animals own urine. Clearly they didn't care for it while it was in their care. If you like being treated rudely by the doctor and her staff this is the place for you!
- Cons: The owner is rude and over charges!
