Hi Krystle W. My name is Katie and I am the office manager for NSP. I just wanted to let you know that Dr. Chaganty has not worked for North Shore Pediatrics since October 13th, 2012. She now works for Wards Corner Pediatrics. I am sorry that you had a bad experience. Please feel free to come meet our new providers as here at NSP. Dr. Toland is still here along with Dr. Saeed and Becky, CPNP. I am going to ask city search to delete this post since it is for the wrong practice.

Dr. Chaganty is the worst doctor I have ever met. She is extremely rude and disrespectful. She should not be in a field that deals with people, let alone children. I work in the medical field and was appalled by my experience. I will never return to this practice and will let everyone I know not to come here as well.

I have been going to doctor toland since I was a child. My daughters now go there and love it. I just had an appointment with their new doctor, dr saeed, and she is so nice. The front desk staff played with my daughter and she loved them. I would reccomend doctor toland to all of my friends. He really cares and is really knowledgeable. The new staff is great!

I am very sorry to see any bad reviews listed below for North Shore Pediatrics. This business has been around for 36 years and I would like to apologize to any patient that has had a bad experience. We are now under new management and have hired a new Doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and entire new office staff including nurses. We are centered around customer service and happy to announce the New North Shore Pediatrics! Please come see us and meet our new staff and managers.

Joyce is GREAT, Toland, not so good. A coworker referred me as well. My son saw Dr. Toland who called my son "FAT" to his face several times and told us what horrible health problems FAT kids have. On and on about FAT. He did not offer a single suggestion on how to lose weight, just harped on the FAT word. My 8 year old was very hurt and I was insulted he would say such things to a child. How belittling!

We have since started seeing Dr Joyce at the same office and he is MUCH better. Forget about Tambra, she comes across as a bit rude and incompetent. Dr. Chaganty is OK, but complains about how busy and overworked she is. (Am I paying to listen to her complain??? I just drove almost 2 hours from work to pick my son up from school and get him here!!! Not to mention the wait time in the office.)

I think Dr Toland's son manages the Chesapeake office (they share the same last name) so I try to politely turn down appointments with Dr Toland when he offers.

Horrible service. I was referred by a coworker. My appointment was for 4pm and I arrived around 3:40pm, waited until after 5pm before I was called to the back and finally saw the doctor around 5:40pm. I understand this happens from time to time but not a good 1st impression. Had to work on a pre authorization for the medication prescribed and called to follow up, the person who answered the phone was VERY unprofessional. Finally got the prescription 2 days later, took it to the pharmacy and it wasn't signed by the doctor so I was turned away. Spoke with the ofc mgr Dave who apologized and said someone would call me when a new one was ready, two days later I follow up and it was. I asked why no one called me and couldn't get an answer. Two weeks later my son has no medication, needless to say my children will not be going back there!!!!!!!!!

GREAT SERVICE. North shore pediatrcis is a great place to take your child. They are always there for you when you need them, and if they are closed the answering service will page a doctor for you to get in contact with. They are very friendly and helpful.
