Disrespect for Customers

Been a loyal Speedy customer for four years. Went in the other day for a simple auto service. The manager (Mitch) pulls out a bill from four years ago and says I owe him money. Says he did the bill wrong, 4 years ago, and that I have been a bad character ever since. I replied that I have been giving Speedy steady business for four years and this "accounting" issue was never presented. Mitch replied that he was away for the last four years. I began to reply when Mitch blew his top and cut me off. He screamed that I was a bad character and that I was banned from the property and that I would be prosecuted for trespassing, if I ever returned. I left the site wondering what the hell just happened.
