Watch Out. .They over-work and under pay, they lied to prevent Unemployment, they allow no breaks nor any rest periods,.

bleh. Ordered a medium bbq chicken.. Opened it up didn't look that great so I tasted it.. Didn't taste like bbq at all. There was some pink stuff in it that made it look like chunks of upchuck. I took a few more bites but the thought that maybe it was upchuck just totally turned me off. Taste was bad looked even worse.

Outstanding. Exemplary.. Been a customer of Chanello's since the 1990's. NEVER had bad food from ANY of their stores. Pizzas made in just FIVE minutes. No matter how busy they are, it comes out fast.

Some stores are company owned, some are franchised. I think the best run store is Smithfield. They've told me 45 min delivery ( I live out in the country) and the pizza arrived in 20 minutes...and it takes 15 minutes to drive from the store to my house!!

NEVER had service like that at any other place...

Chanello's is all over Virginia, and in NC and Tennessee now. Growing like crazy.

They also give huge discounts to large orders... the only pizza place that will make as many as 200 pizzas in one order for groups!

the truth. As anyone knows every business has it's ups and downs and Chanellos has definately had problems!! Their food is excellent though and the prices are more than reasonable. Keep up the good work!!!!!

Better than the rest!. Now here's a hoppin pizza place! The store was clean looking, drivers were running out of the door, it looked pretty busy. They took my order right away & had my food in about 10-15 min even though thier phones were ringing off the hook. I've walked into other pizza stores only to be ignored until I've said something & still waited just as long as if I had gotten it delivered across town! The pizza was good. I've also had the wings & they're ok too. The chicken sub I had for lunch the other day was flat out incredible. Definitely worth a try.

The worst Pizza Ever!!!. This was the worst pizza I ever had. It tasted like cardboard was cold and very small. The buffalo wigs were under done and slimy and you truly get what you pay for!!!!!

Pizza on the run. The pizzas are a good deal for the money. Added sauce to the pizzas makes it great.

My fav pizza, good subs too.. If your looking for a place for good inexpensive pizza that's open late, than Chanello's is the place to go.

The local chain has had it's problems in the past and service depends on which one you go to.

My favs are the VA Beach stores and the one in Yorktowne.
