Amazing Place! AMAZING!. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Gayles Wigs N Things! They have a HUGE selection of wigs and other interesting stuff, and they are extremely helpful. The customer service is unusually good, the kind of service that is almost extinct in most stores these days. I read an article that the Virginian Pilot featured on Gayles, and it said that the place is a small, family owned and operated business, and let me tell you that it really does have that quaint, lovely mom and pop shop sort of vibe, while still being very professional. The minute you walk into the place, you are greeted with warm, smiling faces, surprisingly good music, and a 70's time warp sort of ambiance. All of the women who work there are sweet and friendly. It seems like the kind of place that would welcome all walks of life and treat everyone with equal respect and genuinely sincere and honest service... and on top of that, they are one of the more inexpensive shops of their kind. I was made to feel so comfortable and it was just such a positive experience that I can't stop thinking about it! Im telling everyone I know to go to Gayles! If you guys at Gayles happen to read this post, thank you so much for making an otherwise unpleasant experience so AMAZINGLY wonderful!

Nellie was he BEST Salesperson I could have asked for and so patient. Just starting Chemo and wanted to be prepared for the hair loss and not be traumitized at the last minute. I had an appt. with the Am. Cancer Soc. at a later date, but wanted to look around to see choices I had and mainly for some guidance. This is a major purchase for us woman and we want to look likie ourselves. Nellie had tried many with me, once I took my daughter, once my husgand and another timemy other daughter., and after rying many,many on and Nellie's patience. I found one that I instantly felt like was me, it was the Influence, Rachael Welch wig. I am now planning to purchase another to have for everyday wear and keep thisfor my nicer one.

The Am. Cancer Soc. was the worse experience I have ever had. I had higher expections with thehelop and guidance they would help me with, but it was either take what they showed me and their inventory was down because it was the end of the year, and nothing matched my hair color and I did not even have a choice on style or color. She just put one on my head and said ater she cut it, if I didn't like it I could still keep is as it was free. I was almost in teas when I walked out and that wig will be he LAST think I would put on my head. They need to regroup and work better with the new patience coming in, at least I had already purchased my "Beautiful" wig from you and my experience was terrific.

Hope to seeyouthis week sometime. Have no been feeling too well.

Gayles Wigs N' Things. Gayles Wigs N' Things My experience was not a positive I hate to say. I went there to get a specific wig from Revolon called Scorpio. I was told they had one but it had sold. I wanted to order one but was told the wig was different than in the picture and the Bob was actully longer on one side and shorter on the other. So I had to settle for 2nd choice. I than went to Chic Wigs and there it was, just what I wanted (even all around) I felt like they wanted to sell what they had on hand. I was unhappy I ended up with 2nd choice and was told false infomation. Proble they have a no return policy which I understand but not when they give you bad infomation.

Great customer service and wide selection. The service at Gayle's is amazingly expert. They really seem to know what is the best look for everyone. Although I didn't come to buy a hat, their selection was beautiful as well. They really take their time with you. The atmosphere is also warm and inviting. I would recommend them to anyone.
