I will never step foot in this place again. They are the closest Dealer to Hampton so it is convienant and the service manager Chris are the only two positives I can say about the place. They have some blonde head girl named Susan who I have seen speak to customer and employee's alike as rude and unproffesional as I have ever seen in a small Business. On my last visit I could hear her "bitching" at some coworker like they were a little kid and I turned around and walked out! I was beside myself with anger and I wasn't involved.. My second trip to that store I was offered assistance by a guy in the parts department who had not a clue on how to find the simplest part for my 09 Yamaha, the parts and they wern't busy but even his fellow workers didn't even try to help.. Overall review is Extremely unproffesional, They sell for way over retail price on everything that I have priced from them.. You are better off gettin hard parts online...

A go to place for parts and service. Not sure about sales but parts as well as service have always taken care of me with professional work and reasonable prices...

Dealer with a good reputation. I don't agree with the other comments here. The information about warranty and other information about specs of motorcycles can be found in the manufacturer's website. You should do your research before buying.

I would rather buy from a dealer that is honest and truthful. I am in the military stationed in Norfolk but I drove to Newport News to purchase my motorcycle since I did not like the gimmicks of the people in Sunrise Cycle and Cycle World in Virginia Beach. Stay away from those shops because they will intentionally rip you off and they will drive you nuts with their mind games. The manager in Cycle World said that the owners of Cycle World and Sunrise Cycle are "best friends" and they "work as a team." This allows them to dictate the prices of motorcycles way above the MSRP in addition to the ridiculous freight/processing fees that they charge. Those places are worst than car dealers!

I bought my first motorcycle from Casey Cycle and I like the fact that the salesperson (Leo) and manager were very honest and easy to deal with. I knew what I wanted, made an offer, and we completed the transaction within 10 minutes. Leo even helped me load the motorcycle in my van. I will definitely go back to Casey Cycle when I upgrade to a bigger motorcycle.

Worst Salesman i have ever dealt with.. This is probably the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. I have been in there time and again for help or question i have bought 3 motorcycles that they have screwed themselves out of the commision. I am reasonable, i wont pay sticker for the bike but i dont expect a 1000cc motorcycle for free. Everytime i was basically told that they are selling bikes fine at sticker price so they dont need my business.

I bought the other 2 bikes from cycle world. But they arent great either.
