A Positive Experience!!. I was recently got a puppy and Dr. Nicole came highly recommended by one of her loyal clients. Needless to say, I was very pleased with her services. She was very professional and her mannerism showed she cared with a genuine interest in my pet. The staff were friendly and courteous as well. My puppy instantly liked Dr. Nicole and that made me very comfortable with her. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. The fees were reasonable for me in comparison to others. As far as I am concerned, Dr. Nicole at Mercury Animal Hospital is the vet for my pet and she has earned another loyal client!!

Animal Lover. I am a new client and I was referred by a friend who takes their babies (their dogs) to Mercury Animal Hospital. They have been going there for quite sometime and I met someone else in the grocery store and we start to talk and the conversation got around to our love of animals and she recommended Mercury Animal Hospital as well so that where I went with my pet. I was not disappointed at all the Drs. was great and caring as well as the staff. I felt right at home. Just want to give a special thank to Dr. Nicole you Rock!!!!

I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUVE BEEN TOLD!!!!. I have been going to Mercury Animal Hospital for 10 years. I am very pleased with the up keep of the hospital the Drs. and staff are very nice. My pet loves it there. They have many services that I use such as boarding, bathing, daycare, and plenty of discounts on preventatives and food items. I must say I AM HAPPY WITH MY VET & I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYONE THAT TRULY LOVES THEIR PET!!!

Nicole is a BITCH!! And the hospital STINKS!!. When I say that woman is a bitch I mean it. She has horriable bedside manner, and her facility is even worse!! These people think they are God's gift to the Veterinary world but they aren't. They over charge for everything, and then treat their staff like trash. I took my cat there just for a well-check, and I ended up being charged almost $70 and that was before I got my flea treatments. I wouldnt send anyone here!! I got a look at their so called "kennel" and those dogs are shoved into such a small space with no room, and are only let out to use the bathroom, then get shoved right back into the cages!! As one of the employees were leaving, this so called "respectable" Dr. Nicole starts talking about her right in front of me! Who does that in a buisness setting??!! And I dont just mean she whispered to the other workers, I mean she was so engaged in the conversation I had to remind them I was standing there!! The place smells like urine and feces, and from the way the building looks, I wouldnt be suprised if there were piles of it in the back! When all is said and done, this place just needs to be wiped off the map! I will never go there again, and I wont send any of my friends or family there either. I gave a rate because you have to, to post but in reality I give it a -10.

Will not be taking my pet back. This place charges way to much in vet fees. The annual medical exam is over $50 and includes NOTHING special. I was just charged $38 to have a bandage removed after my dog had surgery there. And the charges for the surgery were completely insane. They seriously charged me $26 for the surgery room, $22 for a recovery room (aka kennel), and $24 for a suture pack (those are bought wholesale at less that $5.00 a piece)

They charged me twice for one set of xrays. $90 for the first one and what they called 'follow-up x-rays' were an additional $55.

Don't take your pets there, unless you really don't like your money.
