Good food. Only been here once..but its good. I want to go back. Only issues is long wait time..bc it's brunch. But it's worth it

used to be long wait. I been to tommy's alot,since I was born and raised here.

used to wait in line with everyone else and felt that I had to eat and run so someone else could be seated.Got tired of that ,when a friend of mine that had come with me that day said lets try a new resturant on king st.about a mile and a half down mercury that had opened about a year ago that serves breakfast and lunch same as tommy's.So we got out of line a went to king st diner and really enjoyed a good breakfast same prices as tommy's and hadn't stood in line since and would recommend..

I like the food, but.... I have been to Tommy's on several occasions and I really enjoy the food. The Meat Loaf is one of my favorites! However, as a local to the area and frequent customer at Tommy's, I am saddened to say that the staff at Tommy's makes me embarrassed to recommend this restaurant to friends.

It isn't all of the staff. Most of the waitresses I've ever had at Tommy's were prompt to serve and pleasant to speak to. My disappointment lies with the mother of the owner. She is mostly stationed at the cash register but often makes her way into the main restaurant to insult employees, annoy customers, and just be down right rude.

In one instance an older gentlemen who is a frequent customer of the restaurant and also has dementia, forgot to bring his money to pay for his food. This gentlemen comes to Tommy's a lot and this is not the first time he's forgotten to bring payment. However, he ALWAYS comes back with the money to pay for it. Never in the many times I have encountered this man at Tommy's has he failed to pay for a meal. This woman found out he needed to make a trip home to get his money after eating and she began YELLING at him in front of the employees, customers, and everyone! Yes, YELLING. This poor old man was confused and heart broken. There are not many places someone with dementia can feel comfortable admitting that he had forgotten to bring money to pay for his meal, but for this gentlemen Tommy's had always been one. Now, that gentlemen isn't comfortable eating at Tommy's and I'm sure will never return.

I hate to say this but in all of the years I've eaten at Tommy's I had never felt this ashamed. Treating the people who keep your restaurant open like that is no way to acquire repeat business. Regardless of how good your food is.

Shocked at the horrible treatment. Along with my father, I've been a long time customer of Tommy's. I can't deny, the food is great for the price. The servers are generally very nice. Overall, it's usually a nice experience which is why it saddens me to write this review.

My father is a senior citizen with health problems. Like any other time, like at any other restaurant, my father and his wife order a cup of hot water to go with a herbal tea bad that they bring. Tommy's, like most restaurants, do not serve herbal tea. For them, doing this was nothing out of the norm.

As a result, the woman who serves as the cashier, but she may be the owner, goes over to my father and says that there's a sign saying that outside products are not allowed. This was a new policy. My father apologized and said he didn't know and offered to pay for his own tea. The woman, who has a very strong and distinct accent, physically picks up the two tea cups (still with my father's and stepmother's tea bags in it) and throws them away. This foreign woman was very rude and didn't display good treatment to long time customers. Needless to say, my father was very upset but due to his health could not get himself upset.

So now I'm hear to warn you of Tommy's. I personally will never go back for the simple fact that this woman showed no respect for these long time customers. One of the great things about Tommy's was it's familiar feel but that is gone now. To know that they could treat people that way is disappointing and disgusting. Maybe we are better off leaving the fatty, greasy food behind at Tommy's because now, to me it's tainted and will never taste the same.

PERFECT!. Tommys has the best breakfast value around! Outstanding services for a outstanding, low price. Wonderful service from warm , friendly staff.

Excellent Food... the food by far is the best around for the price and the amount that you receive. The burgers are large and very inexpensive and good. There is no way I could eat a whole burger and the breakfast is out of this world. Keep up the great work.

yummy. Ive been to Tommy's several times,and everytime its been GREAT, the food ,the service and the owners always remember your name and are so very friendly,great food,great people,great price!!!

PLATE SIZE PANCAKES. THE PORTIONS PROVIDED FOR THE THE PRICE WERE FANTASTIC!! THE FOOD WAS ALWAYS HOT AND PACKAGED VERY WELL WHEN TAKE OUT IS ORDERED. ONE COULD NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CONDIMENTS LACKING. YOU ARE VERY WELL SUPPLIED. OVERALL I GIVE TOMMY'S (2 )THUMBS UP!!
