Terrible Customer Service and Management.
.On Mon. 09/12 I contacted the General Manager of the Hotel Mr. John Depiro to let him know what took place on our visit. He informed that he would have to do an investigation and contact the security company to whom they contracted for security to get statements from the guards on duty during the situation and that he would contact me on 09/13.
On 09/13 Mr. Depiro contacted me on a conference call with his

Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Good location, renovated clean room and good food!.
The rooms are very modern and contemporary decor and the location superb. We stayed its newly renovated room and the room was very nice with fantastic river view. The hotel is located next to the marina and downtown area. The only downside was a small amount of construction going on (because its renovation), Onsite dining was affordable and tasty.
Overall a great stay and we would definately stay there again.

very overpriced hotel. The hotel room was small and smelled like ciggarettes. When I complained to the front desk, they said all the rooms were nonsmoking. There was stains on the carpet and the sink of the bathroom. I woke at 7am due to the construction in the room next to mine. They have a complimentary breakfast buffet, but it was absolutely terrible. Literally, the only good thing about this hotel is the location.
