Poor Customer Service.
We bought a washer & dryer in Nov. from East Coast. This was the worst experience I have every had. We have had problems with the washer. A tech came out who was very unprofessional, I called back
again told them we were still having problems. So now they have refused to service our appliances. Wish I would have never bought from them. So I am stuck with this & have to find someone to service them. So in the meantime I called the manufacturer & found out ECA is not even an authorized dealer for service.....What a joke.
Their customer service is aweful, will not return phone calls, and if you do get through & find out the person you are trying to reach is there, then she takes for ever to get on the phone, and she is a manager......
This is just the short version of the entire story. But would never recomment ECA.…

We just got all of our kitchen apppliances from East Coast at Independence. They were the best folks ever.
First we went to HH Gregg because they have a really nice looking store. However, The sales people there are so pushy We left pretty quickly. We were interupted ever
y 2 minutes by one pushy sales person after another. No one that we asked about delivery told us the same delivery price or what it covered.
We then went to Best buy. They kept trying to tell us to buy LG appliances but we needed a washer and dryer plus kitchen appliances and my sister had an LG and they are nothing but trouble. When I told the sales person this they just kept saying that was fixed and they are better now. She only had her washer 6 months!!!!
When I asked about other brands I could tell I knew more about them from going on line then he did.
I was complaining to a friend of mine about the whole thing and she told me to go to East Coast. So I went to the one at Town Center. These guys are the greatest. They knew evrything about every brand and recommended the ones best for me. I got the washer and dryer and all my kitchen stuff. They installed everything, delivered everything and they have a service dept.
They called everynight before they delivered or installed and then called after the delivery/installs to see if I had any programming questions. I am so glad that Taylor told me about East Coast.
It seems like these days all of these big stores are all about sales and running the samll businesses out and they don't care what you buy or if you are happy. They just want your money.
East Coast seems like a small company even though I know they are hugh.
