If you love Dave and Busters, you will love this place!. This place has many video games, food, billards, and hyper bowling. The food was great as well. My husband and I did the game play deal. You can purchase a meal for around 15 bucks and get a free 10 dollar game play card. I got the BBQ bacon burger and my husband got the philly cheesesteak. He said it was the best philly cheesesteak he has had in awhile. My burger was quite good too

A dump that is Spiralling downward quickly, avoid it like the plague. I used to work at this place when it first opened and it was great, shiny and new. Fun place. Now it is a sad whithered shell of its former self. In major disrepair, the staff is lacking in service and most have a "dont give a care attitude". They are not properly trained and act like lost sheep. The food is what youd expect from a bankrupt company.....dirt! Sorry that its gotten this bad but cest la vie, time to wipe it off the waterside map and get something better in the space. The Blue Cat place is now a VIP room with a leaky ceiling and disheveled furniture, same thing for the other concepts under this one roof. Go to Blackfinn on the first floor its much better! Staff is fun and friendly, atmosphere great....

HORRIBLE ETHICS & WRONG DOING ON PART OF MANAGEMENT. I went last weekend to Jillian's with a group of girlfriends for dinner. A couple of guys from another table came over and asked to buy us a round of drinks. They sat for a few minutes got a seperate bill from our waiter and left. We finished up our dinner, paid and then went to leave. We were stopped at the door by a very unprofessional manager and police officer. She informed us that there was an unpaid tab for a round of drinks. We explained that we did not know that they had not paid and the waiter did not mention it to us before leaving! The manager did not seem to care nor did she offer to go ask the waiter who rang them up a seperate check! The officer made one of us go alone into another bar to try and find the guys at the insistence of the ridiculous manager. Needless to say we wound up having to pay the $70 tab and were treated like criminals by Jillian's even though we had just spent several hundred dollars there!!! PLEASE BEWARE of this place!!!!!!!

This place is huge. Between its Video Cafe, 9 Ball Lounge and Groove Shack, Jillian's offers one of Norfolk's most full-blown clubbing experiences. Sports enthusiasts can catch a game on one of 17 60-inch TVs, while bored companions stare out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the Elizabeth River. The stellar video games include Hyperbowl (an animated bowling game) and NASCAR racing. You can also dance at the Groove Shack, catch live jazz at Blue Cat Live, or hear hard rock at Live Bait.

The Food
In addition to a wide selection of bottled and draft beers, this multipurpose establishment offers a slew of colorful drinks. Jillian's tea, a delicious and potent twist on the Long Island iced tea, is a must-try. A full-service kitchen delivers hearty favorites such as chicken chili, burgers and steak.

Best Sports Bar in Hampton Roads. Huge TV screens playing all of the games. Big bar and excellent food and service. Jillian's is entertaining and rewarding!
