Needs to do better. The review would be better, but they need to do better with sanitation. I do not like the fact that the worker handles all the food without gloves and then handles the money, that is unsanitary. The worker is also unfriendly unless the owner happens to be there, then he acts like he is the nicest person in the world.

This would be a very good place if they handled the sanitary conditions appropriately, I can deal with the rude worker.

Hot Subs at it's Best. If you are in the mood for hot sub combo, there is no better place in Hampton or the surrounding cities than Philly Joe's! I've travel the eastcoast in search of the best chicken and cheese sub. And to my surprise, it was right around the corner from home!! I mean the absolute best!! The sultry seasoned chicken, along with the melted cheese, and just the right amount of spices, I knew I found a little slice of heaven. To top it off, a healthy order of freshly cooked french fries and (need I say it...a diet Pepsi), my combo was complete. All of this at a price that would make certain resturants, let's just say... McCry.
