Alicia is a very rude customer service "specialist". Get more training or go work in someplace you're not seen. Direct quote from her 'wow someone here did their job. I'm amazed'. Wow. Never again!!

Unless they are giving you something for pre-orders you have to have...just go to the midnight opening its quicker everytime not to pre-order
