Jacks Towing

UNPROFESSIONAL/ GHETTO!!!!!!!. My my best friend came over to my apt. for 30min...When she left she noticed that her car was gone and had been towed. We immediately got into my car to go to the front office to get their ph# as we pulled up WE noticed the tow truck driver had towed a RESIDENTS VAN that has been living for years !!!!! WE pulled up to him to ask about my friends car & we noticed that he was LOOKING INSIDE THE VAN and NOT for the DECAL on the window !!!!! he kept whispering to someone on his phone. I told the tow truck driver MULTIPLE TIMES that the van BELONGED TO A RESIDENT LIVING HERE !!! Reminding you he is still taking his flash light looking INTO THE VAN and not looking in the windows for the decal still whispering to someone on the phone ME & MY FRIEND standing their watching him!!! After he finally see's the decal he walks back to the tow truck & starts getting inn to the VAN back to the RESIDENT parking spot that he took it from!!!!!!!! ME & MY FRIEND both said excuse me BUT can you bring my friends car back HE blew us off got into his truck as he drove away yelled the # out the truck & told us to call dispatch.... WE called dispatch & that was a complete JOKE NOT only was he UNPROFESSIONAL BUT FREAKING RUDE & NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to drive my friend all the way out to Norfolk at 10:30pm at night on a freaking week night!!! The dispatcher said we could probably catch the driver before he put the car in and by the time we got there he had already pulled my friends car in the lot. She had to pay $125.00 for a 30min visit !!! When we return back to my apt. We seen the same same driver LOOKING INTO other cars and NOT looking for decals!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GHETTO / UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!!!! We are reporting them to the BBB & WE are CALLING channel 13, 10, & 3 !!!! this place needs to be put out of business for good !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

Unprofessional and Inconsiderate. I would be vary of anything to do with Jack's Towing. My husband and I moved into military housing within the last week and have already had our vehicle towed by this company. We haven't even lived in this complex for a whole week. We know that the military housing complexes are decal controlled and had affixed the decal to the front windshield on my van as instructed by the office staff. My husband left to leave for work and the van was gone. Since our other vehicle is currently in the shop, this was our only transportation method. We immediately called Jack's Towing to address our vehicle being "accidentally" towed. The dispatcher refused to cooperate by having someone go look at the vehicle to verify that a decal was there. The response was "maybe you forgot to affix your decal". My husband got justifiably upset and was then hung up on. I immediately called back and the dispatcher reluctantly had someone go look. Since the decal was in place, she advised that the vehicle would be returned to me in the next 30 mins. It took them over an hour to return the vehicle. When the tow truck got to my complex the driver could not find where he was supposed to call and I spoke with the dispatcher again. This time she had a very nasty attitude when asking where I was located at and what my address was. Again stay away from this company at all costs and try to avoid any business that has them listed as the "authorized" towing company.…

Will be reporting to BBB. I went to surprise my friend this weekend at there complex. This morning I got a surprise of my own. My car has been towed, with out warning. Our car hasnt been in the parking lot for 12hrs, and already towed. We couldnt get a decal because the office was closed. So my husband has to get a ride with our friend. I am not able to go with him because my car has my daughters car seat in it. They tell us that it cost 135 dollars to get our car back. And as I am writing this my husband is wait to get my car and NO ONE is there. I am not even sure if my car is there yet either. Which I dont see how that is possible if my husband is there and are car had to have been towed early this morning. TO ALL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PARK ANYWHERE THAT SAYS JAKE'S TOWING!!!!!…

DONT USE THEM!!!!!. Very unprofessinal car has been towed from in front of my residence where i park day in and day out!! Some one came by and posted green stickers on vehiles that needed to be towed but never touched mine. now tonight they came and towed my vehicle with out notice i called to make sure it was there and now they cant find my car but i watched them take it.. Very Rude employees!…
