Towncenter. I was appaled to read the terrible reviews on Guadalajara. I have been to everyone and the service and food were amazing. As far as salsa from a can? Are you kidding me? They make it fresh everyday. The Guadalajara at Towncenter is the most upscale nightclub in the 7 cities. They spent 2 million dollars building the place. Anyone who has something bad to say about the staff, food, or atmosphere must have some sort of social disfunction, or got way too drunk and got thrown out. They are the only place in virginia beach with a professional dress code and professional atmosphere. Sorry if you think the line is too long, that just proves how popular the place is. They must be doing something right. Hey... There's probably no line at TGI Fridays, maybe you should go there next time. Tell Larry the Cable guy I said hi.
Nite Club. Horrible customer service, and lack of knowledge in fashion and class shown by the owner himself! Not worth the wait in line, the money, or any decent person of high social and economic classes time!
Home of margaritas and traditional Tex-Mex cuisine..
In Short
Large and loud is the name of the game for this Texas-based franchise. Colorful wall murals revel in south-of-the-border imagery. Purple lights and tropical plants flavor the space; native Mexican music blares through the speakers. A tile-roofed hut houses the cashier. Your only escape from sensory overload is outdoors. Entrees are basic burritos, enchiladas, tacos and fajitas.
WONDERFUL!!!. I think Guad's is awesome...And the margaritas are the best in the business. The place is fun and the staff is great! My family eats there all the time!
Dissappointed. I was quite displeased w/the salsa itself. It seemed like it had been poured right out of a can and tasted more like tomato puree then an actual salsa. I received a very small portion of meat. Probably around 4 oz at most. But there was a lot of fat still on the meat and the Carne Asada which means grilled meat on a "parrilla" looked more like it was cooked in a pan covered w/a flavorless red sauce. I had to add plenty of salt to the meat to even get some flavor in it. Now my meal came with your "guacamole salad" (lettuce, guacamole, and a tomato slice). It didnt taste like any guacamole I have ever eaten and once again it lacked flavor. It seemed more like smashed avocado that had been sitting there for a while.
