Don't Go. I waited while my friend conducted a transaction. They declined to purchase what he was selling and I commented on how it was OK for them to sell it to him in that condition but no OK to buy it back and that it was never used. A heavyset gentleman had the audacity to say " How do we know you didn't f**k it up. It was fine when we sold it, you could have f**ked it up all on your own." Needless to say i will be posting an article on my experience at cool stuff and if this upcoming article does as well as my other articles, it will be on page one of Google within 3 weeks. Look for it

cool stuff is good. this place has great customer service as long as you dont stand around in silence, just ask anyone (girl or guy), a ? and they are very knowledgable and happy to answer... also they have the BEST prices in hampton roads FOR SURE! dont hate on this place, it truly is the best around for games, movies, or books, CD's, action figures, etc...

If you cant find it this is the last place to check. Ok store with semi cheap used video games/systems/DVD's.. The big problem is their lack of customer service. there is none. Most of the girls who work here are punk's who dont know how to talk to people. I went in to buy some games(xbox360) and the girl(if you can call her that) went to look for a game i requested(NFS: Most wanted),she then got a phone call. he helped the customer on the phone then proceeded to forget about my query and help another customer.. I asked her if she had found anything and she acted as though she didnt know what i was talking about and said she would help me after she got done helping the customer she skipped me over for.. When i told her she was just helping me look for a game,she then said ."Oh yeah", we aint got it.. I got the manager to look for me and he found one.. I now frequently spend my money at another location called "REPLAYS" at 1830 kempsville rd, in Virginia beach.. No i dont work for them and my only connection to them is where i spend my money at now....

nasty games. They have good games&movies for sale.The problem with Coolstuff is they insult & harrass their custumers and starting fights people and i know for a fact that a friend told me that they practice black magic ,and follow their custumers 2 their home and stalk them at their jobs.they need 2 be closed down before they hurt themselves.GameStop is better then Coolstuff

Cool Stuff in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Cool stuff is awesome. For those of you who don't really trust used stuff like I did , should try this store. With three kids who are into electronics and games should try it. I've gotten lots of games fromt his store and yet to have any problems with the CD-DVD-Xbox-WII_DS_and others that I purchase here.

Cool stuff ftw. This store is a great place for getting games. You can even call the number to see if they have a game. I have bought mosty of my games here.

A gamer's paradise. GOOD:

Cool stuff is an awesome, awesome store. They pay more for your used games, and the cost less to buy them. I bought a game from Cool Stuff for 12.99 that would have cost me 19.99 or 25.99 elsewhere.

They have an amazing collection of games for every system from Super Nintendo to XBOX 360, from Gameboy to PSP and DS. They also have a huge selection of DVD, strat. guides and CD.

If I'm looking for a game, the first place i go to is Cool Stuff.

BAD:

The stuff they have is not guaranteed, since they do not get shipments on anything. They're like a pawn shop so if a new game comes out, they won't have it right away, they only have what people sold to them. If you see a game there that you like. take it from me, it's best to buy it when you can because it's not guaranteed to be there next time.
