With its one cherry-red wall fading to mango-orange by the time it reaches the other side of the room, this fine dining option is all about re-evaluating your culinary prejudices. Black velvet benches, fresh cut flowers and soft background music guarantee a comfortable setting for adventurous couples who want to spend the night with their pinkies (and eyebrows) raised.

The Food
The food and the wine list are global in scope, but if spring rolls with eel or ostrich filet are simply too exotic, you can be daring nonetheless with Latino prime rib of pork, which comes braised in sweet triple rum au jus. If you're not that adventurous, shrimp, clams, scallops and mussels soaked in chardonnay taste infinitely milder. But with fresh desserts like a fig tart, you'd be foolish not to sample at least one fusion exploration.
