Boomerangs, Aussie flags, kangaroo portraits and faux aboriginal art honor the homeland's wilderness, but Outback delivers a polished version of rusticity with varnished blond-wood booths with matching wainscoting and casually uniformed waitstaff. Go somewhere else!. Of the last 3 visits, I had 2 of the worst tasting and ill prepared stakes ever. Compounded by poor and disorganized service the preparation and flavor of the meals was severly lacking! The stakes were DRY and FLAVORLESS and the last stake was extremely tough as well. I overlooked the poor food quality on our initial visit and gave them a second (and third) chance, but won't repeat that mistake. Needless to say, we are moving on to significantly better restaurants. You should too.
