My family and I came to Virginia to spend time with my parents and we chose to stay at this hotel. My room was very nice ... Breakfast was wonderful ... Definitly planning on going back to this hotel int he future ... The guy at the front desk was very nice and very helpful whenever I needed something he was willing to help

Went to Chesapeake for Softball Tournament and decided to stay here inside of Va. Beach. I had booked several rooms under teams name, there was a little mistake and everyone makes them. One of the parents was nasty with front desk staff but they handled themselves with dignity and very respectful despite of situation from other party. Upon my arrival of check-in, they realized who I was from several phone calls and made it a point to let me know who they were and had spoken to. Its great to place a name with a face. I asked for smoking room and the room was smelled fresh and crisp. The customer services was awesome, breakfast and breakfast lady was awesome as well. I slept very well. I can not complain about anything because everything we received was above and well worth the price for that weekend. I would like to thank the staff for a great job and its much appreciated. You put the CS into customer service.

Absolutely perfect stay. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were so like home. I can honestly say that I was too comfortable there. The place was quiet and thankfully away from the highway traffic noise. Just to comment on the front desk staff, they were so accommodating, personable, an overall wonderful experience. They were courteous and went through with every concern that I had (even though there were minimal concerns). If and when you do go there, the two most accomodating people were Vanessa and Jackie. These women had the most beautiful smiles on their faces and it was 6:30 in the morning! After seeing me once Vanessa remembered my name and said it numerous times throughout the day. That makes a guest feel special. The breakfast served it's purpose, it pretty much got you on the move. I cant wait to return to this location.
