The absolute worst customer service of any spa!! Do not do business with these people

Rita's is the absolute worst!!! I got my girlfriend a $250 gift certificate for x-mas and its August and she still hasn't had an opportunity to complete her facial, massage, and manicure pedicure. Every time she calls the spa Rita asks whether she has a gift certificate and the gift certificate # and gives her a hard time about scheduling the appointment, it's almost as if she has the money and doesn't care to do the job!!!!! I will never recommend this place for anyone. Rita, is rude and inconsiderate to her clients and customers and you should take your business elsewhere.
