Professional, Relaxing Experience Love It!!!. I have always left Rita's day spa feeling more than satisfied. She has a wonderful ability to shape eyebrows which is definately an art! Rita is relaxed but very knowledgeable as well. The spa is neat and relaxing. Definately worth it!

Love this place!. I have always had a great experience at Rita's Day Spa. I have gotten a few gift certificates there over the past few years. Rita has even gone as far as giving me samples of products to try and enough samples to hold me over for a few months!

The absolute worst customer service of any spa!! Do not do business with these people. Rita's is the absolute worst!!! I got my girlfriend a $250 gift certificate for x-mas and its August and she still hasn't had an opportunity to complete her facial, massage, and manicure pedicure. Every time she calls the spa Rita asks whether she has a gift certificate and the gift certificate # and gives her a hard time about scheduling the appointment, it's almost as if she has the money and doesn't care to do the job!!!!! I will never recommend this place for anyone. Rita, is rude and inconsiderate to her clients and customers and you should take your business elsewhere.

terrible customer service. If you have a gift certificate you can forget about any level of client appreciation and customer service
