Aristocrat Towing in VA Beach-->
NOTHING BUT BULLIES. The two men in that camper/trailer they call an office should be ASHAMED of how they treat women. These men verbally manhandled myself and those with me. Not only were they RUDE but also tried to intimidate us! The situation started off fine until the nasty driver "Mike" came in and showed how classless he was. They may have to deal with a lot of rude people but you get what you put out. I have NEVER seen men act the way these guys did to ladies! With those type of attitudes, I would not be surprised if they were abusive outside of their job.
** Please start writing these complaints to the city or whoever you need to for some sort of justice against nasty horrible people like this! They are doing this because they can. And that's pretty much what they told us. So to them, it doesn't matter if you're a women, military, or handicap. They do not care.
To the city of Va Beach. we like to visit there, stay on ocean front; however, we will NOT be coming this year due to these posts. You need to DO something about these crooks
Aristocrat Towing towed a sailor's car shortly after he was deployed. He has proof that the car was parked legally. Aristocrat Towing wants the sailor to pay $5000.00 to get his car back!
My friend's car broke down and we needed to get it towed to a nearby shop. They were the most reasonably priced and the tow truck driver was very nice and polite. They arrived promptly just 20 minutes after we called and the car was taken to the location right away.
Most Disgusting People in the World with no compassion. They are quick to tow and it is all about the MONEY I live in a condo in Virginia Beach and there are no parking signs. My daughter was parked 3/4 quarters in the driveway and 1/4 on the street. Her car was RUNNING, she had put her purse and baby's diaper bag in the car, ran in the house to get the baby and when she came out with the baby, you guessed it, the car was gone. She call the police because she thought it had been stolen. Mind you, she was on her way to church. They actually towed her car while it was running. When she call the company stated where the car was and that it was running, it was like talking to a alien, all they said that it shouldn't have been in a fire lane, which it was not. iI was in front of my driveway and only partially in the street. They said she could get the car withing minutes, this happened at 10:06 on Sunday morning. My daughter got a ride to church and at 12 noon she called the company to let them know she was on her way to get the car. What was suppose to be minutes ended up be an entire afternoon wasted. She arrived at Aristocrat around 12:15 and didn't leave until 5:30. Can you imagine being there with a baby that long with people that act like robots? It was a horrific experience & those people that didn't even care. When she drove the car of the lot, it starting smoking like she was the mosquito man; she was afraid to drive it home and call AAA to have it towed. After call thing Aristocrat back complaining about the possible damage to her car because of it being towed while running, they said that was impossible for them to have caused any damage and hung up on her. There should be better laws for companies like that; that only care about taking people's hard earned money.
worst human beings on earth work here. RUDEST most disgusting people that run these trucks around and QUICKLY tow your car. I live in Towne Square. My mom parked across the street in visitor parking and came in my place to get a pass. She hugged me since she just drove 6 hours to see me, grabbed the pass and turned to go out and put it on her car. It was gone!!! in minutes! I even called the company and they agreed that the car was JUST towed and could care less. Our entire day was ruined as they said they would be back and we could get the car in 2 hours. We went to the company and could see her car but no one was there. We waited another hour and a half before someone showed up....so this is approaching 4 hours of our day wasted and they laughed like it wasn't there problem and almost funny. I hate this company!
Aristocrat puts the "A" in A--HOLE.
I was in the Norfolk area on a business trip, and I ventured down to Virginia Beach one night to take some nighttime photos.
It was around 9PM in mid January and only 20 degrees outside. I parked in a Dairy Queen parking lot. The DQ was closed. No other car was in the lot. I didn't see the harm in running down to the beach, and shooting a few pictures.
I was on the beach for no more than 30 minutes. When I returned, my car was gone. I had to call 911 to find out if my car had been stolen or towed. It had been towed by Aristocrat.
I called Aristocrat and was bluntly told: "It's $125 and you can get it back when you pay it."
I said, "I am freezing to death. I have 50 pounds of photography equipment. And I have no way of finding you or getting to you. I will pay the $125, but can you please send someone down here to pick me up?"
I was told: "No! We are at this address. Good luck."
I then did the only thing I could do. I started walking, with a 5 foot long tripod and a backpack full of expensive camera gear, through the GHETTO.
After a long walk, I arrived at Aristocrat.
I called the number of Aristocrat and talked to the same rude guy as before. I said: "I'm outside the fence. I've walked all the way here. How do I get inside to pay and get my car?"
They said: "We're not there."
I said: "But you told me you couldn't come and get me. Now I've walked all the way here. I'm froze to death. I need my car."
They said: "That's not my problem. You'll just have to wait till someone gets there."
I said: "How long is that going to be?"
They said: "Whenever we feel like it."
I said: "F U too" and hung up. I had been extremely polite up to this point in time, but I had been pushed too far.
I then walked to a nearby police station and warmed up for the next 30 minutes.
I went back over and paid for my car. I didn't say a word to the guy, nor did he to me.
I left VA Beach and will NEVER return. GHETTO!
Towing at the Ocean Front.
This rating is a - 0000.
Towing is one thing but to charge you $25 CASH and not wait 5 minuttes to get the cash and then charge you $125. REALLY. Where does the $25 go???? in the tow drivers pocket ?????
Well to top that off, to tow a handicap person, REALLY, You should be ashamed.
Aristocrat Towing AND THE CITY OF VIRGINIA BEACH should be ashamed
THIS COMPANY PUT MY WIFE AND TWO YEAR OLD IN HARMS WAY!!!!!!.
If I could rate this company with a 0000, I would. This company watched my wife, 16 year old and my 2 year old go into the coffee shop, then come out and across the street to pick a picture and tow their car. Total time away from the car is less than 4 minutes. They had to walk about 5 miles is 90 degrees heat with humidity and upon arrival at the tow yard, my wife said that she was verbal abused in front of my boys. They held the vehicle hostage until they paid the 125.00 dollars to release the vehicle. She then went to the emergency room with my 2 year old with heat exhaustion and sickness, fever upon arrival at the hospital was 105.4 degrees.
Thanks to this company for the hospital bill and just to let them know, my attorney said we are not through with this "place" that whomever owns it calls it a business. We could not find out what the owners name or who had been watching my wife and family to steal their vehicle. I bet we find out who they are and when we do we will spread the word. Beware of people in tow trucks watching you and what you are doing.
BEWARE Racist Tow Truck Driver. This driver harrassed my daughter and boyfriend while they were on vacation in Virginia Beach. He said they were trespassing and tried to charge them $25 for NOT towing their car! When they refused to pay him the money, he called the young man the N word. My daughter called the police and a very nice officer arrived and took their complaint. However, she said, there is nothing they could do because there was no physical altercation. She congratulated the young man for holding his cool and not retailating against the driver. She said it was not the first time they had received a complaint against Aristocrat Towing. BE CAREFUL of this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Things could have turned out a lot worse if this young man did not have the good judgement not to physically respond to this racist idiot.
