The Auto Connection

I went to purchase a used car from this place and we talked to the sales person and had the car set to do all the paper work to sign the next day. I showed up the next day and they tried to put me into another car and told the bank that this was the car they tried to put me in for the whole time. Needless to say they tried to put me in a car that i didnt even look at and had the bank do all the paperwork for something i didnt get a chance to look at. I would not send anyone to this place or even look at the lot. I went next door and found a better car for my money with better miles and sales people that know a little bit about cars.

I have purchased two cars from mac- mac and have sent my brother and mother to the auto connection also and have never had nothing but a good experience , my brother did have to get a new alternator on the Chevrolet Suburban that he bought but the service department took care of it for him under warranty. I have recommended mac- mac to all of my friends and have received $100 for each one. I don’t understand how anyone can be upset with The Auto Connection I screwed my credit up al they have done is sell me a car when NO ONE else would and help me fix my credit in the process !! p.s. ask for Dante!

I recently purchased a car from The Auto Connection. The sales staff was so nice and helped me find the perfect car. I have been to many other dealerships and was not treated with the respect that Auto Connection did. If you are in the market for a great used car, check them out they will treat you fairly!

Recently my family and I had the opportunity to search for a used vehicle, and we went to The Auto Connection to check their inventory. From the moment we walked on the lot, we were treated with respect, and the Sales Staff made us feel comfortable while we searched the lot for the car we needed. We were allowed to "test" drive several vehicles. Once we decided on a vehicle, the entire process went smoothly and quickly, and in less than two hours, we drove off the lot with the one we wanted. I recommend to anyone who is seeking a used vehicle, check out The Auto Connection on Virginia Beach Blvd in Norfolk.

I bought my car from Auto Connection and just paid it off this week. I LOVE my car and I LOVE the service and respect I always got from Auto Connection. The finance department was always friendly when I called to pay and the service department was always great if I needed an oil change or state inspection. I am shocked there are people who have had bad experiences there, I just dont see how that is possible. I will definitly go back to Auto Connection if I want another car, but mine is doing just fine!!
