Food was outstanding, but not near as good as I had hoped. Appetizers and vegetables were cold...as though thought was only given to the meat. I thought that the food would be superb, but it was actually just as good as I could have made at home. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service staff was top notch.

Disappointing. Having to constantly fight the heavy pressure our waiter put us under to order things we didn't want, ruined our meal. Our waiter would not shut-up and would interrupt us constantly trying to get us to order more food, bottled water, and expensive wine. Our steak was good and perfectly cooked. But that is where it ended, the Fries where soggy and our peas greasy. We would have returned them, but returning something is such an ordeal, plus, our waiter disappeared once he was done "selling" us. He did not bring us the mustard we asked for or offer us pepper. We drank tap water, did not take any appetizers or dessert, shared 2 porterhouses, 2 orders of fries and 1 order of peas and drank a $38 wine. We paid $300 for four people. It was too much money, for such an unpleasant experience. Go to the Coastal Grill and have steak for way less money and less hassle.

for the price the food should be ALOT better. The atmosphere is fancy and pretty! The staff is nice and professional! we had a great waiter! they explained everything and very helpful. the downfall was the food(which we were surprised!!!) I thought they woudl have the best food. I ordered cooked asparagus, potatoes and a medium rare filet. The filet was burnt on the edges, the asparagus was cold when it came out. the only thing i liked was my water and the potatoes. I'm sorry but for that price, the food should be perfect!!! i would expect it at other places but not a pricey restaurant liek ruth;s chris. I have only been there one time and i will not go back! please make your food up to par with your prices!!! thanks but no thanks(i'll go to ruby tuesdays for a ok steak!)
