unprofessional staff and not trust worthy. 0 rating.had to rate due to posting I have been a Customer at this Store for the longest time since it is close to my Home. I had received a coupon(pay $1.00 for one Pack) from a Manufacturer so i came here. The Cashier first told me oh i would have to ask the Manager since the coupon did not say MANUFACTURER COUPON on it, she said you could leave it here and she would ask the Manager. I left my Name and Phone Number like the Cashier asked.but was never contacted.I went back again and the cashier(same Cashier whom i left the coupon with) told me yes we can use it since it does have a Bar code on it but let me make sure again, whoever she called told her no, the Cashier told me i am sorry but now she was told i couldnt use it but she doesnt know where the coupon was, all she knows she left it in the Managers Pocession,well i went there and the Manager was there, she told me well i dont know where the coupon is or what happend to it and told me in so many words oh well there is nothing that we can do about it after all i left the coupon there.I did mention that i would write a review about this incident and this Store and was told(more like yelled at) by the Manager in front of several other customers "Dont you know you can go to Jail for this and i got you on Video" she showed her worst side of herself as a Manger Having been a Manager myself this is a very unprofessional way to run a Business. Well i know i will not spent my Money in this store once again because of the rudeness and not trust worthy Personell
