I've had two visits to this salon. My first visit I got a full weave and everything, besides the 10 hour wait, went well. My second visit I needed a weave taken out and it was horrible. The lady rushed through it and made me take out my own braids. I was okay with taking the braids out until I found one completely cut off! I was very frustrated but I stayed calm and told her what she did to my hair. She brushed it off and said its okay just comb your hair out and wait by the sink. I told her I didn't want anything else done to my hair by her. So she said okay but I still have to pay. I told her that it was unfair to pay since she cut a whole braid out of my hair. Her response, "well sorry, you still have to pay". She had no regard for what she did to my hair. She just wanted the money. I will never go there again and I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Best Weave. I've been wearing weaves for over 10 years and have gone to several stylists on both the west and east coast. Charlene is one of the best and does an outstanding job. She will squeeze you in. However,she is sometimes double, triple or quadruple booked. Be prepared to thread the needle and take down your own braids. I had a 3:00pm appointment for a full weave and did not get out of the shop until 10:00pm. It is well worth the wait if you have the time.
