awesome service, manager was extremely nice and helpful :) salad bar was awesome as always and our food came out quick!

Dishonest service.. Well i used to be a big fan of Ruby Tuesday restaurant's i mean hell i used to work at one when i was younger. But anyway i joined the Ruby Tuesday E-Club online ok cool they sent me a coupon for by one entree get one free. But when i went with my son to eat there the salad bar was crummy and dirty looking needless to say i only touched what looked like it was edible on it, i wouldn't have eaten anything at all if i had my choice but i didn't want to ruin this little celebration for my son. It was a treat for him learning to ride his bike w/o training wheels. Then when i tried to use my coupon it took 15 minutes for them to tell me they wouldn't except my coupon. So needless to say i ripped up the coupon and said whatever.

service is really bad. we have been to this restaurant about five times. and then did pick up twice. they got our order RIGHT once out of the seven times. the service is crummy. i found some of the food very good but most of our orders have been messed up, so we end up picking stuff off or not eating it, since i will not send food back to a kitchen with complaints (no saliva burgers thanks). we finally gave up. won't go back.

Not worth the $$ or time. Ruby Tuesday on tidewater drive is a very awful place to eat at. The food is bland and the portions are very small. The service is awful, My husband and i went to RT to dine in and order our drinks then and appetizer. We waited almosted 20 mins for our drinks and our appetitzers arrived at the same time as our food did. the waittress wasn't attentive at all, she never came to the table to see if we needed any thing else, if we were ok, NOTHING.. finally after waiting so long for a waittress to come to our table i spoke to the manager and i asked if we could have our waitress changed. The new waittress was really nice but the food was AWFUL.. BLAND BLAND BLAND BLAND BLAND..... ANY MORE QUESTIONS..............
