Great "If a little bit small" Chinese Buffet.
Nice and clean is how I would like to start this review off. That is always the first thing that strikes me about the International Buffet. The buffet glass is clean, the tables are clean. The whole dining area seems clean, plus with the open area of the main dining room it gives it some space. The lighting isn't low, it is nice and bright so you don't feel like they are hiding the countless stains in the carpet from a place that only cares about putting out mass food to appease those who frequent buffet style restaurants. Speaking of the food, lets get to it. They offer a good variety of well prepared and warm foods on the buffet line. The only problem is that it seems small. If I were to hazard a guess it is smaller than the usual mega buffet's that advertise more and more items than the next attempting to attract customers through quantity over quality. Two of the Buffet "Tables" contain your standard fair for chinese buffet, from Chow Mein to General Tsao. Also with a scattering of pizza and mac & cheese to offer up for the kids. Another table contains your deserts along with a stand alone ice cream freezer for those individual ice cream cups. They ALSO have another cooking area for Sushi and Mongolian Barbeque. I'm not an expert on either so I won't say it is the best. I have tried the sushi and to my tastes it seems fine but for the sushi gourmet I would suggest a sushi specific restaurant. I have not tried the mongolian barbeque, so I won't comment on that until I have indulged in it.
All and all I wouldn't call them the biggest or the best, but they do come easily recommended for doing an all around great job.
