Never showed up!. Do NOT use Airport Express! I have used this company several times and have been consistently disappointed. One time they were 20 mins late. Today they never showed up. I called and spoke to a very rude woman who took no responsibility for the mix-up. She even hung up on me. They are overpriced, unreliable and know nothing about customer service. Save yourself some grief and call a company that cares.
