Dead Chicken. On Friday May 6th at 6pm I went to buy a whole Roast Chicken only to be sold they were all sold out for the day. I asked what time they were normally cooked and was told approximately every 2 hours but no more were planned for the day. I went back on Saturday at 5pm and bought one of the 2 chicken on display. It was a dark brown on the outside and looked well cooked. When I cut it at 6:30 I found the meat inside was mushy and transparent. Clearly it had been cooked while still frozen, a great source of salmonella poisoning.
