Wow! Tastebud Party over here!. the sushi is fresh and oh soooo good. I used to eat sushi all the time when I lived overseas, and you know in Japan they really serve it up fresh. I have to let you know, Sushi & Spice is as fresh as it gets while still meeting the FDA and health regulations. I was comfortable even letting my 4 year old try sushi for the first time here. He loved the Scallop Top. Though it was way too spicy for him, he couldn't get enough of it. The waitress suggested next time I request it mild for him. I think i will, since we'll definitely be back for many more meals.
