A woman showed up at my house, yesterday, under the guise as a carpet cleaning business. She offered for them to clean a room as advertising; if we liked what we saw, tell our friends and neighbors. After all, they would only take an hour of our time. Well, they grossly misrepresented themselves. They show up a few minutes later with a Kirby vacuum cleaning system, to do a demo. This, after we had moved our furniture out for the "Cleaning."

Of course, the first thing they did was explain how they needed to do this quick demo of the machine, at which I said, that was fine, but I was not buying.

They do the demo and the cleaning, which was an OK job. After telling them repeatedly that I was not buying, them getting on the phone with their boss, to offer a better deal and being in my house for 1 hour and 45 minutes, I had to tell them to get out. I told them that if I had known that they were there to sell me a vacuum, they never would have gotten into my house.

If these guys come to your house, lock the door!

Oh and by the way, it shows the true value of this machine when they push it at you for $2400, but then turn around and offer the whole thing for $900.

Selling Kirby vacuums. If you want a Kirby vacuum, then I would recommend them otherwise, I would not. DBR staff came into our neighborhood offering to clean carpets in one room of your home if you recommend them to your neighbors. They presented themselves like a carpet cleaning company. It was a 3 hour demonstration of a Kirby vacuum, which I was vocal in telling them numerous times I could not afford, I was pushed into getting one I could not afford. They did state you had 3 days to get out of the contract, so the next morning I called DBR every hour until I got the salesperson to finally call back. My down payment check and old vacuum (used as a trade in credit) were returned, but there was dirt all over the back of my vacuum. Like I stated if you want a Kirby great, but they ARE NOT a carpet cleaning company as they present themselves to get into my home.

Great Opportunity. I have worked for the company for about 6 years now and have known the owner of the company for about 6 years as well. I have loved working for the company so far and for many years to come. I have nothing but great things to say about the company and if anyone is needing work I would HIGHLY recommend working for the company. The overall staff is VERY polite and professional. The management staff is amazing as well. Overall I give the company 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!!!!
