Wonderful Experience. Upon entering the Spa I was made to feel very welcome and attended to. To say they want you to feel comfortable and at ease would be an understatement. Almost every stylist there spoke to me during my time there.

My hair was long (70's ish). There was enough cut off to donate (which they do). Then came Brad and took my hair from drab to WOW! The color just pops and the cut is great. Brad has a great career ahead of him in this business.

I also love that this salon gives back to the community. It reflects the heart of the owner and the employees there.

I have definitely found a home here.

Most AMAZING Experience EVER!!!. I have been to many many salons in my life I am 53 and never have been happy with the services I have received until I came to No Rootz!! I went in with old boring hair and came out with amazing sexy hair!! eveyone in there is so nice and helpful. By far this is the best salon I have ever been with and will also be my last! I will never go anywhere else!!! My husband will also be going there as I saw a few men in there and they looked great!!!!!

Best experience of my life!. For years no- one listened to what I wanted, or had an idea

of how to get there as far as hair color is concerned. This

staff is well educated, professional, aims to please to

make an exceptional experience. I was listened to, doted

on, made comfortable and relaxed. My color was exactly

what I asked for, my haircut was perfect, and I feel like a

million bucks!! I am going to tell everyone!! Thankyou!!

WORST SALON. I have never had a worse experience than I did here. I went in for color correction and came out with my hair destroyed. It will take a year to grow back to the length when I walked in and I told them repeatedly that I did not want any cutting AT ALL.. I am so sorry that I believed them and let them do such damage. BEWARE is all I can say!

Exceptional Staff w/ Hearts of Gold and Amazing Skills. I have been going there ever since it opened about three years ago and they are by far the best salon I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by not only the receptionist but also the stylists! They immedietly give you a warm and welcoming feeling from the moment you arrive till you walk out the door. One of my favorite things about going to this salon is that they actually listen! My hair always looks amazing when I am finished, and best of all they take the time to show me how to actually style it! Every Thanksgiving No Rootz sponsors and feeds families around Virginia Beach and I believe they did around 50 baskets this past holiday season and the great thing about it is that they allow the community to become involved and donate food as well! Another thing that impressed me was that one day I was there a women came in with two of her children, the lady at the front desk pulled out a whole pack of coloring books and crayons and even lollipops for them! If you have not been there yet I encourage you to try it out, they are truely the best :)

The Only Place I will get my hair done. I have been seeing "Marie" for over decade to style my hair. I have lived in this area since 1976 and she is by far the best stylist I have ever had!

I moved to Maryland in early 2000 for a few years and would travel 3 hrs to Va Beach just to have her cut and style my hair. I have used a couple different places in Md, and my boyfriend at the time asked if I cut my own hair!!!!!

Not only is she talented, but everyone that works there is terrific also. I called to set an appt with Marie, and when she wasn't available, the "New Guy", Brad, I believe is his name had availability. I figured if he messed it up, Marie could fix it! I have had nothing but compliments...I even got carded at the local store. There are no chemicals in my hair...I had them cut out when I turned 40 yrs old. My hair is very straight and limp, but Brad styled it so I can wash and go with no need for hot rollers or a curling iron. He made it so I could grow out my bangs and it is so easy to get ready for work!

There was another girl there that cut my hair when Marie was on vacation... She was awesome too!

Thank you Marie and your staff! I'm so glad you told me where you were going to off Great Neck when you left Hilltop! I would not have been able to find anyone to replace you!!!!!!!

Gorgeous,Healthy,Vibrant Hair. This is the salon to go to for the absolute best color and style for your hair. The ENTIRE staff is professional and exceptional. From the time you walk in until you leave, you will feel very welcome and comfy.

The stylists are great listeners...YES!!! I said they listen!!! and your hair will be the way you want it when you leave. My hair has never been so healthy nor with such beautiful color ever before. They sell the best of products and their attention is yours while you are there.

The professionalism makes for a very welcome and refreshing atmosphere, and it shows in your hair when you leave.

This is definitely the place to go and have your hair care needs tended to.

I personally go to Melissa, she is just great, but if she were not available for me, I would not even hesitate to let another stylist handle my hair needs.

Give your hair the beauty it deserves and go to No Rootz next time you need your hair cared for.
