The best Mexican food in Norfolk- must try!.
Wow! We recently tried Tortilla West for the first time and we so pleasantly surprised. The menu is amazing- we had a difficult time choosing! The desserts are all home made and worth the calories!
I'm a margarita enthusiast and they make their own mixers- it's delicious!
