I came to this location for a State inspection and experieced terrible customer service. From the moment I told the store manager I wanted to get an inspection he instantly and rudely rejected my business. I was the only person in the lobby and there were few other cars being worked on, an obvious slow day for business. When they eventually inspected my car, the service took abnormally long while the mechanics and rest of the store were mostly standing around talking as I could see them through the lobby window. Overall terrible customer service, and I will never come back again. That store just lost business and developed a bad reputation in this area.

Editorial Review. More than just mufflers, services include brakes, steering, A/C and basic maintenance like oil change, tune-ups and tire rotation.
